What is a Beneficiary's Deed?

If you own your home, and upon your death, you want title in your home to transfer automatically to a loved one, the means to accomplish this is a Beneficiary's Deed.  This one-page document is recorded with the County Recorder where your home is located.  Title to your home does NOT transfer until your death.  This is especially helpful if your home is paid off; i.e., you do not have a mortgage on your home (it is free and clear).  This keeps the home out of messy probate proceedings.  Just another way to have everything in order for your loved ones, and ABDP can prepare this for you quickly, accurately and inexpensively.
