Divorce, Child Custody, and Mediation

Absolute Best Document Preparers provides package rates for dissolution of marriage (divorce) with and without children. We can prepare the documents, help you get them served on the other party and filed with the court, and calendar and remind you of deadlines and important events. For a divorce without children, we charge $200 for both a default and consent decree package. For a divorce with children, we charge $300 for both a default and consent decree package.

Do you have an uncooperative ex-spouse? We can also help you enforce an existing Family Court order.

There are no hidden charges. Filing fees and process server fees are extra, and are paid by you directly to the court and to process servers.
