Cindy Solomon is a lifelong Arizona resident, who began her legal career in high school, working for a collections firm. Cindy never left the legal industry, and for the last 25 years has been a paralegal for firms such as Engelman Berger, Gallagher & Kennedy, Gust Rosenfeld, and Sanders & Parks. Cindy has extensive experience in bankruptcy, collections, real estate transactions, formation of corporations and LLCs, and litigation. Cindy also enjoys working on “family” matters, such as divorce and child custody, preparation of wills and living wills. Cindy specializes in serving as a “family” mediator in divorce cases, seeking out and reaching the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
Cindy is certified through the Arizona Supreme Court as a Legal Document Preparer, Certificate No. 81650. Certification requires a rigorous exam, FBI fingerprinting and background check, and continuing education. Certification is subject to revocation in the event of misconduct, following investigation.
Cindy holds her real estate salesperson’s license in Arizona, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Phoenix Association of Realtors. Cindy is also a notary public.
Cindy has spoken at seminars for legal assistants and taught classes in bankruptcy law and litigation for aspiring applicants for NALA certification. She has served as editor of “The Digest,” a monthly newsletter for the Arizona Paralegal Association. Cindy has authored articles on service of process in foreign districts, collections skills, and bankruptcy megacases.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys couples dancing, reading, movies, and spending time with her granddaughter.
